Vodafone BlackBerry Storm Pictures Leak

Vodafone is the UK carrier which will serve Brits with Storms soon. While waiting for more information about the whole UK launch we have found some leaked pictures of the newest BlackBerry.

People say that the network selection which shows 1XEV indicating EVDO network should show GSM network which is what Vodafone has. Has this image been heavily photoshopped to make us think it’s an actual photo of a Vodafone Storm? I wouldn’t be surprised if someone wants some quick publicity for its editing skills.

We’ll be waiting for official Vodafone news. The Storm is coming pretty soon anyway so I guess we could live without any “leaked” pictures.

Verizon Storm to Launch in November

You’ve seen the box and now you need an official release of the BlackBerry Storm don’t you? Unfortunately there’s not such thing yet. But what we know is that people say that a rumor on the street says that the phone has entered technical acceptance. Therefore the Storm will be delayed from 6 to 8 weeks which means that a November release is likely to happen.

I hope everything will be just fine at Verizon and we’ll see this phone coming out for Christmas. We could have a race, Xperia X1 vs Storm. The winner will be the smartphone to launch first.
