Pantech duo

A Windows Mobile-powered dual slider that makes a few tradeoffs for its sleekness.

More compact than most Windows Mobile phones, the Pantech duo sports a dual-slider design, so you get both a QWERTY keyboard and numeric keypad. (It’s actually kind of addictive.) Other highlights include high-speed HSDPA data and easy access to instant messaging. It’s not nearly as innovative as the dual-slider Helio Ocean, and the keyboard could be better, but the duo still supplies messaging-savvy consumers and young professionals with a good all-purpose device that won’t weigh them down (see the photo gallery).

AT&T Pantech Duo C810 Smartphone

AT&T launches the Pantech Duo C810, a Windows Mobile 6 Standard-based smartphone. The AT&T Pantech Duo C810 is powered by ARM 920t PXA27x processor and 56MB internal memory. It has a 2.2-inch LCD display, sliding QWERTY keyboard, Bluetooth, a 1 Megapixel camera, and a microSD card slot.

The integrated music player supports MP3, AAC, AAC+, WMA music files and it can also play WMV streaming videos. The Pantech Duo C810 is 3G phone and it measures 102 x 50 x 19.8 mm.
